COMPREHENSIVE BACKGROUND SCREENING PACKAGE INCLUDES:
National Criminal History Search
A comprehensive search of multiple criminal record sources, including all participating state and county repositories.
Local Criminal Records
The criminal records of your applicant's current name and county of residence will be physically searched at the county court house. Additional county or name searches are $20 per search. Any client requesting a criminal check in New York is required to pay an additional $75 per search.
Social Security & Identification Verification
Reveals the state and date the social security number was issued, previous addresses, alias names associated with the SS number.
Certified Ten-Panel Drug Screening
Peformed by Quest Diagnostics in the candidates neighborhood.
Motor Vehicle Record Report
Verifies name, address, date of birth, issue and expiration dates, driver description, driving arrests and convictions dating back at least three years.
Sex Abuse Registry Check
A check is preformed in all participating jurisdictions.
Medical
Our agency supplies each applicant with a medical form which is completed by the applicant and his/her physician. This report shows the medical history, any medications the applicant may be using and signed statement from her doctor attesting that the applicant is physically and emotionally able to accept the position being offered.Typically the doctor will complete the medical if a physical exam has been done within two years. If the physican is unwilling to complete the form without a medical examination, the client and applicant must determine which party will be responsible for the bill, if a medical is a requirement of employment. Typically the employer will pay this bill. The screening fee does not include a medical examination, only a medical form.
